I’ve spent a strange amount of my career building things that didn’t exist yet.
Organizations. Coalitions. Programs. Curriculum. Technology. Initiatives. Products. Teams.
Different things. Same instinct: understand what’s happening, decide what matters, and build something useful.
I learned most of this by building, which means I have opinions. I’ll share them.
I’ll ask inconvenient questions, challenge assumptions, notice the thing underneath the thing and occasionally suggest that the big complicated solution everyone is discussing might not need to exist at all.
That’s not pessimism.
That’s how good things get built.
