I’m not your typical strategist—and that’s kind of the point.
I didn’t climb the traditional ladder. I built my own steps, asked different questions, and figured things out as I went. Now I help other leaders do the same—with more clarity and a lot less chaos.
I work with mission-driven teams, bold thinkers, and people trying to build something that actually works for the humans responsible for delivering it. Whether it's inclusive hiring, human-centered leadership, or turning a big idea into a plan that sticks, I’m the person people call when they’re stuck, stretched, or ready to finally make it make sense.
